She has great follow up, is flexible, and uses her experience and intuition to ensure maximum results. While my focus has been business-Spanish, Belen picked up that part of my work would entail taking Spanish-speaking clients out for meals. Without me asking, she prepared an entire class on how to order food and drink in restaurants and taught me about native Spanish etiquette.
